Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT), Mohali, organized its 15th International Conference, GJ IntConMITE – 2021, on May 14, 2021. The theme for the conference was “Survive, Revive, Thrive – Key to Resilient Organizations”. The event aimed at exploring innovative strategies for organizations to navigate challenges, particularly in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The conference featured Mr. Jeremy Sabell, President of Stenberg College, Surrey, Canada, as the chief guest and keynote speaker. Mr. Sabell emphasized the importance of innovation, adaptation, and anticipation in fostering organizational resilience.
The event saw enthusiastic participation, with around 200 delegates from countries such as Nepal, Ghana, Georgia, and Canada, as well as various regions in India. Over 30 research papers were presented on topics ranging from financial markets to IT services and human resources.
Mr. J.S. Bedi, Chairman of GJIMT, highlighted the need for collaborative efforts to address the pandemic’s challenges. Dr. Aneet Bedi, Director of GJIMT, urged organizations to reset strategies and explore new business avenues.
The conference provided a platform for insightful discussions, helping organizations and professionals discover ways to survive, revive, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
