GJIMT’s TPC (Training, Placement & Consultancy Cell) works with a remarkable approach to foster the student growth. We see learning as an ongoing process and we make efforts towards delivering the same from the very first day of campus induction. TPC Cell is Central and Core to the Campus and has been recognized as an epicenter of events & activities relating to planning & executing time bound & result oriented Training interventions, Summer Internships, Project Training, Skill Mapping & Competency development, Guest Speaker visits on Pre Placement Talks, Strategy building in concern to Placements and placing the students with renowned companies. TPC Cell hosts full time divisions managed by professionally proficient officials that include – Manager Training & Development and Training & Placement Officer who are committed to set new benchmarks every year in Quality Training and Placements.

2. TRAINING/INTERNSHIP

“Internship is an intervention undertaken to enrich and enhance knowledge beyond books and that paves the way to exert, excel and achieve.”

Internship is pivotal and paramount to any professional program, for both – UG & PG students. TPC Cell at GJIMT Campus puts its best efforts to invite corporates that are ready to welcome our students to have training /internship in various domains. The summer internship, also referred as “Project Training” is a compulsory academic excursion and industry engagement required to be undertaken by students as per University’s guidelines and to qualify a professional course. Students get hands-on experience that make them acquire and imbibe requisite skills and capabilities which help them in better understanding of concepts and make them more employable.

Psychotherapy, Psychometric Tests, IQ, EQ & AQs assessments make the students explore their hidden talent which support them in re-skilling & up-skilling.

7. SWT

“Summer Work and Travel” is a rare privilege whereby students get a life time opportunity to do their internship at any part of the world and get global exposure as well. A team of 20-25 students tour to United States of America every year from our campus after having confidently gained exhaustive exposure and training. These students have one thing in common and that is – ‘passion’. A 4 month “Work cum Travel” adventure brings just best out of them. These students not just learn skills during their stay at America, but explore career opportunities, learn about culture and gain global exposure. That makes them to gain commitment, conviction & confidence.
