GJIMT Alma Reconnect Webinar: Enhancing Personality and Corporate Insights

As part of its Alma Reconnect Webinar Series, Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) recently hosted an engaging session titled “Personality Development & Exposure to the Corporate World.” This enlightening webinar took place on Friday, 14th August, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.

The featured speaker, Mr. Suraj Sharma, a distinguished Marketing Department Professional in the Fabrics Division at Vardhman Textiles Limited, and an alumnus of the MBA Batch (2013-15), shared valuable insights from his journey and experiences in the corporate sector.

Mr. Sharma provided attendees with key perspectives on the significance of personality development and how exposure to the corporate world can shape a successful career. He discussed the critical role of self-awareness, adaptability, and effective communication in building a professional image, and offered actionable advice for students aspiring to make a mark in the corporate environment.

This session was part of GJIMT’s continuous efforts to connect current students with successful alumni, allowing them to gain firsthand knowledge from experienced professionals.
