Ethics and Malpractice Statement
The Gyan Management Journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics. We adhere to strict policies to ensure the integrity of research and to prevent unethical practices in all aspects of the publication process.
Research Ethics
- Plagiarism: We do not accept manuscripts that contain any form of plagiarism. All submissions are checked for originality using plagiarism detection software.
- Fabrication and Falsification: Any manipulation of data, images, or results will result in immediate rejection of the manuscript and, if appropriate, notification of the author’s institution.
- Authorship: Authors should only include individuals who have made a significant contribution to the research. All contributors must be appropriately credited as co-authors.
- Conflicts of Interest: Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any conflicts of interest that could influence the review process or the interpretation of the manuscript.
- Ethical Approval: Authors must obtain and provide documentation of ethical approval for studies involving human or animal subjects.
Reviewer and Editor Responsibilities
- Confidentiality: Reviewers and editors must maintain confidentiality regarding all submissions and discussions.
- Constructive Feedback: Reviewers should provide objective, fair, and constructive comments. Editors ensure that reviews are unbiased and that final decisions are based on the quality of the research.
- Accountability: If misconduct is suspected, the editorial team will investigate the issue and take appropriate actions, including retraction of articles if necessary.
