GJIMT recently hosted a comprehensive 5-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) from 19th-23rd Nov. 2024, designed to equip faculty members with the necessary skills and insights to excel in mentoring roles. The program was conducted under the leadership of Dr. Aneet, Director of GJIMT, with expert sessions led by Dr. Neeraj Sharma, Dean of Academics, and Dr. Bushra SP Singh, Assistant Professor at GJIMT. The program aimed to help faculty build strong, long-lasting mentor-mentee relationships, fostering both personal and professional growth for their mentees. The sessions covered various essential topics, from establishing trust to overcoming mentoring challenges.

Day 1: Introduction to the Mentor-Mentee Relationship
