Participation in CII Annual Session 2024-25

We are pleased to share that on February 25, 2025, students from GJIMT had the unique opportunity to attend the CII Annual Session 2024-25, held at the CII Sector 31, NR Headquarters, Chandigarh. The session offered an invaluable learning experience, bringing together thought leaders and industry professionals for a day of insightful discussions.

A key highlight of the session was the Panel Discussion on ‘AI as a Catalyst: Enabling Growth, Governance, and Sustainability’, which featured distinguished speakers and industry experts. The discussion delved into the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in driving economic growth, enhancing governance, and ensuring sustainability. It highlighted how AI is revolutionizing various sectors and reshaping the future of industries, governance, and society at large.

The event brought together a diverse group of policymakers, industry leaders, and academicians, who explored AI’s evolving impact and its potential to drive progress across different domains. The session emphasized not only the opportunities AI offers but also the critical need for responsible AI development and its ethical implementation to maximize benefits while minimizing risks.
