GJIMT recently organized an Open House event with parents, providing a platform for class incharges to discuss the academic performances and overall progress of students. The event aimed to foster strong communication between parents and the institution, addressing any concerns and sharing valuable feedback.
The meeting also included a session with the senior management, where various challenges faced by both the faculty and students were openly discussed. This allowed for a transparent exchange of thoughts, and parents had the opportunity to voice any issues or suggestions they had regarding the institution’s functioning.
In addition to the group discussions, there were one-on-one sessions with the senior management, providing parents with the opportunity to raise individual concerns and seek personalized insights into their child’s development. Dr. Aneet Bedi, Director of GJIMT, encouraged the parents to feel free to share any thoughts or ideas that came to mind, ensuring an open, collaborative environment where the institution and families could work together for the betterment of the students.
The Open House proved to be an insightful event, strengthening the relationship between the management, faculty, and parents, while ensuring that every concern was addressed in a constructive and forward-looking manner.
