Pratibha Youth Fest

Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology, Mohali celebrated Pratibha 2020 – a youth fest to celebrate 20 years of its cultural journey in full fervour. The event was marked with presence of more than 35 colleges and institutions participating in various technical and cultural events. Mr. J.S. Bedi (Chairman, GJIMT) inaugurated the event.

In his inaugural speech, he motivated and encouraged all the students of various colleges who had participated in various events of Pratibha. Mr. Manish Tiwari (MP, Anandpur Sahib Constituency) graced the occasion as chief guest. During his address to the audience, he emphasized on the contribution of youth in the growth and development of society and nation. He also stressed upon the need of making youth aware about the ill effects of using drugs and other narcotic substances. He also congratulated the board of management of GJIMT for successfully completing 20 years of excellence in the field of education. Among other eminent personalities present on this occasion were Mr. Karanbir Singh (President, Youth Congress), Mr. Kanwarjot Singh (Raja Mohali), Ms. Jaspreet Kaur (Counselor, Mohali) and Mr. Pawan Dewan (Chairman, Large Scale Industries, Punjab).

 The unique attraction of Pratibha 2020 was 'Coffee @ GJIMT' an interactive session which witnessed the alumni of last 20 years of GJIMT being interviewed during the event. RJ Manav from 94.3 My FM was special guest of honour who entertained the audience with his wonderful performance.The event concluded with an amazing rock band performance by Sufi Sayyan which enthralled the audience with its soulful musical numbers.

Dr. Aneet (Director, GJIMT) thanked all the distinguished guests present over this occasion and also congratulated all the participants for showing up high competitive spirit in all the events of Pratibha. She also congratulated all the members of organizing team of Pratibha who put their heart and soul for making it a grand success.
