Gandhi Jayanti Celebrated At GJIMT, Mohali

The management, staff and students of Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology, Mohali today remembered Mahatama Gandhi on the eve of his 151st Birth Anniversary. A virtual event was organized by the institution to mark this day where students from various courses participated through online mode. The Chairman of GJIMT, Mr. J.S. Bedi paid tribute to this great leader of the nation and inspired the students to follow his preaching of truth and non-violence in their lives. Dr. Aneet Bedi, Director, GJIMT also addressed the students and shared her views regarding the great contribution of Mahatama Gandhi in the freedom struggle of the country. In her address, she also emphasized on the need and importance of working together for actualizing his dream of a prosperous nation which is free from all kinds of social evils. The students of GJIMT also participated in various online activities as poster making, slogan writing etc. on this occasion.
