Mohali Eco Warriors Spearhead Indian Swachhata League 2.0

On 27th Sept., at the heart of Mohali, CP -67, also known as Unity Mall, witnessed a remarkable and inspiring event. NSS club in collaboration with The Mohali Eco Warriors, Paryavaran Group, and also Mohali’s esteemed Brand Ambassador for environmental initiatives. Together with 750+ enthusiastic participants, they pledged their commitment to the betterment of the environment.

The highlight of the flash mob was the spirited participation of over 200 bright students from representing the Municipal Corporation, Mohali, who orchestrated a grand flash mob as part of the “Indian Swachhata League 2.0” campaign.

Leading this incredible movement was Mr Aayush Garg, the Executive Director of Eco, the Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology, who lent their energy and enthusiasm to this noble cause.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Smt. Kiran Sharma Ji, Joint Commissioner of Mohali MC, and S. Amrik Singh Somal, Senior Deputy Mayor of Mohali, among other renowned dignitaries and celebrities. Their support added immense value to this momentous occasion, highlighting the collective effort towards environmental consciousness. The league is on a mission to transform our cities into Garbage-Free Paradises, aligning perfectly with the Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban 2.0.
