Prof. Sohal dwelled on the importance of #industry value chains and the trends in outsourcing #strategies used by various firms. He emphasized that in the globalized world, #economies have become highly interconnected and have thus established symbiotic networks. The #skill sets required, though different, are not too difficult to acquire as #technology, specifically #InformationTechnology, has become an immense enabler in reaching out to many stakeholders simultaneously.
