Author Guidelines
Gyan Management adheres to a rigorous double-anonymized reviewing policy in which the identity of both the reviewer and author are always concealed from both parties. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two referees.
1. Manuscript Submission
- Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. The text should be double-spaced with 1-inch margins on all sides. Use a standard 12-point font, preferably Times New Roman.
- Length: The manuscript should not exceed 8,000 words, including abstract, references, and appendices.
- Title Page: The title page should include:
- The title of the paper (no more than 15 words)
- Full names of all authors
- Affiliations and contact information (email, phone, address) of all authors
- Corresponding author clearly indicated
- Abstract: An abstract of 150-250 words should summarize the research, including the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusion.
- Keywords: Include 4-6 keywords relevant to the content of the manuscript.
2. Manuscript Structure
- Introduction: Clearly state the problem, the purpose of the research, and its significance.
- Literature Review: Summarize relevant research, identifying gaps the current study addresses.
- Methodology: Provide a detailed explanation of the research design, data collection, and analysis methods.
- Results: Present findings clearly, using tables and figures as necessary.
- Discussion: Interpret the results in the context of the existing literature.
- Conclusion: Summarize the key findings, implications, and suggestions for future research.
- References: Use APA (7th edition) for in-text citations and the reference list. Ensure that all references cited in the text are included in the reference list and vice versa.
- Appendices: Include any supplementary material, such as detailed tables or figures, that supports the main text.
3. Tables and Figures
- Tables: Tables should be included in the text near where they are referenced. They should be numbered consecutively (Table 1, Table 2, etc.) and have a brief title.
- Figures: Figures should also be numbered consecutively (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.) and should include a caption. Ensure that all figures are of high resolution (at least 300 dpi).
- Permissions: Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any material from other sources.
4. Ethical Considerations
- Originality: Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration or published elsewhere. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
- Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the research or interpretations of the findings.
- Data Availability: Authors should be prepared to provide the data supporting the findings if requested.
5. Peer Review Process
- All manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer review process. Authors should ensure that their manuscripts do not include any information that could reveal their identity.
- Review Timeline: Authors can expect an initial decision within 8-12 weeks of submission.
6. Copyright and Licensing
- Upon acceptance, authors will be required to sign a copyright transfer agreement, transferring the copyright of the manuscript to Gyan Management. The journal will then have the right to publish and distribute the manuscript in all forms and media.
- Authors retain the right to use their published articles in their future work, provided proper citation is given to the original publication.
7. Submission Checklist
Before submitting, ensure that:
- The manuscript follows the required format and structure.
- The abstract and keywords are included.
- All authors’ details are provided on the title page.
- References are properly cited and formatted.
- Permissions for any reproduced material are obtained.
- Potential conflicts of interest are disclosed.

Manuscript Evaluation Criteria
The evaluation of manuscripts is a critical part of the publication process, ensuring that only high-quality and impactful research is published. Reviewers will assess the manuscripts based on the following criteria:
1. Originality and Contribution to the Field
- Innovation: Does the manuscript present original research, ideas, or perspectives that significantly advance knowledge in the field?
- Contribution: How valuable is the research to the field? Does it fill a gap in the existing literature or offer new insights?
2. Relevance to the Journal’s Scope
- Alignment: Does the manuscript fit within the scope of the journal? Is the topic relevant to the journal’s readership and aligned with its aims and objectives?
3. Clarity and Quality of Writing
- Readability: Is the manuscript well-written, clear, and concise? Are the arguments presented in a logical and coherent manner?
- Language Quality: Is the manuscript free from grammatical errors, typos, and awkward phrasing? Does it adhere to the language standards of the journal?
4. Methodological Rigor
- Approach: Are the research methods appropriate and sound for the study’s objectives? Does the manuscript provide a clear and detailed explanation of the methodology?
- Validity and Reliability: Are the research findings supported by the data? Are the methods reliable and valid for the research question?
5. Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Analysis: Is the data analysis thorough and appropriate for the research design? Are the statistical or analytical methods used correctly?
- Interpretation: Are the conclusions drawn from the analysis logical and well-supported by the data? Does the interpretation consider limitations and alternative explanations?
6. Ethical Considerations
- Ethics: Does the research adhere to ethical standards, including informed consent, confidentiality, and the avoidance of plagiarism?
- Conflicts of Interest: Are any conflicts of interest disclosed? Is the research conducted with transparency and integrity?
7. Structure and Organization
- Format: Does the manuscript follow the required format and structure as outlined in the author guidelines?
- Organization: Is the manuscript logically organized with clear sections (e.g., introduction, literature review, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion)?
8. Quality of References
- Relevance: Are the references appropriate and up-to-date? Do they effectively support the arguments and context provided in the manuscript?
- Citation Style: Are the references formatted correctly according to the journal’s citation style?
9. Use of Tables, Figures, and Illustrations
- Relevance: Are tables, figures, and illustrations used effectively to complement the text? Do they enhance the understanding of the research findings?
- Quality: Are the visual elements clear, well-labeled, and correctly formatted?
10. Impact and Implications
- Impact: What is the potential impact of the research on the field? Does it have implications for future research, policy, or practice?
- Generalizability: Are the findings generalizable beyond the immediate context of the study?
11. Reviewer’s Overall Recommendation
- Recommendation: Based on the evaluation criteria, should the manuscript be accepted, revised, or rejected? Reviewers should provide a clear and justified recommendation.
12. Suggestions for Improvement
- Feedback: What specific revisions or improvements could enhance the manuscript? Reviewers should provide constructive feedback to help the authors improve their work.
