Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) organized an enlightening session on “Stress and Anxiety Management,” featuring the esteemed Dr. Prinka Arora from Mayaa Wellness as the keynote speaker. This initiative aimed to equip students with effective strategies to tackle stress and anxiety, which are increasingly prevalent in today’s fast-paced environment.
The event witnessed active participation from students across various classes, guided by their subject teachers. Dr. Prinka Arora shared profound insights into the underlying causes of stress and anxiety, delving into techniques for mindfulness, deep breathing exercises, and the importance of maintaining a healthy mental balance. Her engaging and practical approach provided students with actionable tools to manage their mental well-being.
The session emphasized the significance of self-awareness and emotional regulation, encouraging students to adopt a proactive approach towards mental health.
