GJIMT organized an insightful Extempore competition focused on the critical theme of “Raising Concern of Women’s Safety in India,” providing students from both UG and PG programs with a platform to express their thoughts on this pressing social issue. The event saw enthusiastic participation, with students presenting impromptu speeches addressing various aspects of women’s safety, including societal, legal, and cultural perspectives. Their passionate and thought-provoking speeches highlighted the importance of creating a safer environment for women in India. Participants were recognized for their impactful performances, with winners receiving prizes and certificates for their exceptional articulation and awareness of the topic. This event not only encouraged students to voice their concerns but also fostered a deeper understanding of the need for urgent action towards improving women’s safety in the country.
