Faculty Develpment Programs

Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) are essential for a reputable management institute. At GJ-IMT, our faculty consistently strives to remain at the forefront of knowledge creation and dissemination, thereby enhancing the value delivered to participants in these FDPs. The primary objective of conducting FDPs at GJIMT is to impart training on holistic development, communication, interpersonal skills, creativity, problem-solving, and motivation. The training methodology encompasses various approaches such as case studies, group discussions, games, simulations, field visits, and classroom lectures.

GJIMT views excellence as an ongoing journey rather than a final destination. Regardless of achievements, there is always room for improvement in teaching, research, and knowledge transfer skills. Consequently, faculty development programs are a continuous initiative at GJIMT, comprising both In-House and External FDPs.

We extend a warm invitation to faculty members from across the region to participate and benefit from the institution’s expertise.
