Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology, Mohali, organized a one-day National Service Camp on September 10, 2003, at the Government Elementary School in Mamupur, District Ropar. The camp saw active participation from 25 students and NSS volunteers of GJ-IMT, who generously distributed books, notebooks, and stationery items to underprivileged students.
Under the initiative of spreading the message of “Sav Shiksha,” the camp aimed to support students who are at risk of dropping out after primary school. The efforts sought to ensure these children have the means to continue their education. The event brought smiles to the faces of the young beneficiaries, marking it a huge success. GJ-IMT remains committed to such social welfare endeavors and plans to continue similar initiatives in the future. Tags: 2003, NSS Club
