With technology increasingly redefining education, Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT), Mohali, organized a transformative Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Blended Learning and ICT in Teaching” from August 24 to 28, 2020. The initiative aimed to empower educators to adapt to modern pedagogical needs by integrating cutting-edge digital tools and blended learning approaches into their teaching practices.
The programme began with a focus on the evolving role of educators in a technology-driven world, emphasizing the need for dynamic teaching strategies that combine the best of traditional and online methods. In addition, the sessions covered the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools to enhance content delivery, improve communication with students, and foster active engagement.
