GJIMT Hosts Wellness Webinar for Healthcare Heroes: “Breathe & Relax”

On June 5th, 2021, Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) organized an impactful webinar titled “Breathe & Relax” for healthcare professionals across Mohali District, focusing on mental well-being and stress management amid the COVID-19 pandemic. With healthcare workers facing unprecedented emotional and psychological challenges, this session was designed to provide them with practical tools to manage anxiety and maintain balance in their demanding roles.

The expert-led session delved into mindfulness and relaxation techniques, highlighting controlled breathing as an essential tool to counteract stress.
