GJIMT organized Two Day Workshop For International Students on Leadership

Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology organized a two day workshop ‘LEAD’ for its International Students from Tanzania, Nepal, Uganda, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Purpose of this workshop was to make the students understand about the Leadership skills and Team Building. In addition to this the students will know how leadership and team building training workshops will motivate them to become loyal individual.

Each activity across the two days’ workshop had the element of fun, learning and focused on 4 aspects (Learn, Explore, Achieve, and Develop) LEADERSHIP and TEAM BUILDING.

Mr. J.S.Bedi, Chairman, Gian Jyoti Group of Institutions while speaking on the occasion said that by organizing such workshops we are making our international students ready for future and a team player. The more they understand how to explore the situations, the better they will be able to work with their full potential and can take decisions that result in greater satisfaction.

Mr. Bedi further said that here at GJIMT we have formed an International Student’s Club under which time to time we organize meeting and get together with our International Students. We took our International Students to Kikar Lodge Resort near Ropar and stayed overnight. During these get together we try to build strong bonds with our international students so that they should not feel homesick and can share their thoughts with their local friends. We also run special language programs for international students to break the local language barriers so that they can easily overcome with their daily routines.
