In a continued effort to serve the community, Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) marked Children’s Day with a special initiative—a Free Dental Check-Up Camp for children from nearby communities. Focused on promoting dental health and hygiene, the camp aimed at educating young children and their families about the importance of oral care, particularly at a critical stage in their development.
A team of experienced dentists and healthcare professionals from the region were on hand to provide comprehensive dental assessments. The children were given personalized consultations, free basic treatments, and practical advice on preventive measures for maintaining good oral hygiene. The healthcare professionals also emphasized the connection between healthy eating habits and improved dental health, educating children on how nutrition impacts oral care.
This initiative, organized under GJIMT’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, demonstrates the institute’s commitment to holistic community welfare. By focusing on the well-being of children, the camp not only addressed immediate dental health needs but also contributed to long-term awareness of oral care practices.
The camp received overwhelming appreciation from both the children and their families, reinforcing GJIMT’s role as a responsible institution dedicated to the health and education of the local community. Through such impactful initiatives, GJIMT continues to strengthen its ties with the community, promoting a healthier, more informed generation.
