The Joint Campus Placement Drive hosted by Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology (GJIMT), Mohali, in collaboration with I.K. The recruitment process saw an enthusiastic participation from MBA (HR & Marketing) students, particularly from the 2018 and 2019 batches. Candidates were offered two key profiles:
Corporate Sales Manager with a salary package of Rs. 8.60 LPA
HR Area Manager with a salary package of Rs. 5.50 LPA
The job locations for the selected candidates included New Delhi and Noida. The eligibility criterion required a consistent academic score of 55% throughout.
