Submission Process

We welcome high-quality manuscripts that align with the scope of Gyan Management Journal. Authors can submit their manuscripts via our online portal or through email. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth submission process:

Step-by-Step Guide for Submitting Manuscripts

  • 1. Prepare Your Manuscript

    Ensure that your manuscript adheres to the Author Guidelines, including formatting, length, and referencing style. A complete submission includes:

    • Manuscript (in Word or PDF format)
    • Title page with author details
    • Abstract (200-300 words)
    • Keywords (3-5)
    • References list following the journal’s style
  • 2. Submit Online

    • Go to our Online Paper Submission Portal.
    • Fill in the required details, attach your manuscript, and submit it for review.
    • Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
  • 3. Email Submission (Optional)

    Alternatively, you can submit your manuscript via email to gyan.management@gjimt.ac.in. Please include “Manuscript Submission” in the subject line and attach the required documents.

  • 4. Acknowledgment of Submission

    After submission, a confirmation email will be sent to the corresponding author. You will receive a manuscript ID, which you can use for further correspondence.

Required Document Formats and Templates

  • Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF format.
  • The title page should include the manuscript title, authors’ names, affiliations, and contact information.

Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts will undergo plagiarism detection using iThenticate software. The journal strictly follows ethical publishing standards, and submissions with a similarity index exceeding 10% will be returned for revision or rejected.
