Sodashi-The Women Cell of Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology weaved an enlightening talk that delved deep into the crucial subject of “Women’s Health.” In our continuous endeavour to empower and educate, we were honoured to have renowned gynaecologist, Dr Rupinder Kaur, grace our institution with her expertise.

Dr Rupinder Kaur, MBBS, DGO, is a name synonymous with excellence in the field of gynaecology. Her illustrious career has seen her serve in various prestigious roles, including as the former Director of the Health Department Punjab, former HOD at GMCH Sector 16 Chandigarh, and former MO at both Polyclinic 22 Chandigarh and Police Hospital Chandigarh. Her contributions to women’s healthcare were immeasurable, and we were privileged to have had her as our esteemed speaker.

The discussion regarding reproductive health, maternal care, preventive measures, and the importance of regular check-ups, was aimed and to empower every woman with the tools to lead a healthier life.
